50th Anniversary Mass Celebration
at St Nicholas Catholic Church Sunday, November 17 at 10:30 am
Presider Bishop Alfred A. Schlert and Father Adam Sedar
All are welcomed to attend this special anniversary mass.
Date: Sunday, November 17, 2024
Time/Location: 1 pm Woodstone Country Club, 3777 Dogwood Rd, Danielsville PA.
Gala Cost: $60 per Adult - $30 for Children (5 - 12 years old) - Under 5 is free.
Includes: Cash bar, appetizer, salad, main course, pasta or vegetable side, cake, and dessert table.
Ticket Payment can be made online by Clicking Here. Or you can make a check payable to: St Nicholas Church, and mail it to 1152 Oak Rd. Walnutport, PA, or put in a collection basket at Mass.
We are accepting payment in 3 installments as an available option. Ticket orders and full payment for parishioners must be received by October 31.
We also welcome any donations to cover the cost of our special guests and those parishioners who may have financial concerns.
Entertainment: Live Band and Silent Auction
Tables will be reserve seating. Each table seats a maximum of 8 people. You are welcomed to fill your table or let us fill it for you. Provide this information on your Gala reservation form on-line or hard-copy. Tables not containing 8 may be filled with other parishioner guests.

Sponsorship/Donation/Advertising in our program book opportunities
To make this Gala a resounding success, we are seeking the generous support of members and friends of our parish. Your contribution will play a vital role in covering the expenses associated with organizing this event and ensuring that it is accessible to all members of our community. There are ways in which you can support our 50th Anniversary Gala:
- Financial Contributions: Your financial support will help cover the costs of venue rental, catering, entertainment, decorations, and other logistical expenses associated with organizing the Gala.
- Program Book Tribute Ad: We are offering opportunities for individuals who wish to recognize the Church’s 50th Anniversary in the program book. Tribute levels are:
- $250 for 1/4 page Black & White (dimension 3-3/4” x 5”)
- $100 for 1/8 page Black & White (dimension 1-7/8” X 5”)
- $50 for business card size Black & White (dimension 1” x 4-1/2”)
- $5.00 per line (up to 40 letters per line; maximum of three lines)
- Anonymous Donation – any amount
- Donations: In addition to financial contributions, we also welcome donations of goods or services as prizes for the silent auction.
- Business Sponsorships: We are offering separate sponsorship levels which include ads in the program book and in social media.
Your generosity will not only make this event possible but will also contribute to the continued growth and vitality of our parish community. As a token of our appreciation, all donors will be acknowledged in our event program book.
Your generous business ticket purchase/sponsorship/donation is due no later than September 30, 2024.
